Not too happy with what they were able to offer when I developed a significant but intermittend fault. I had to pay £180 for a diagnostic test (which i gather just involves connecting a laptop to my car) which wasn't able to diagnose anything. Whilst I can appreciate the difficulties in diagnosing intermittent faults, no further attempt was made to try to explain what could be the issue, and my suggestion that FIAT might have some further expertise centrally was dismissed out of hand. Maybe that's true (why would a large company be bothered about the concerns of it customers), but the lack of any noticeable appreciation of my concerns didn't leave me with a good impression. (2 stars as they washed my car)
