We had a hedge over 100ft long which had clearly grown too large. Contacted Arbtec following a recommendation on the local FB group and they were round in no time to give me a price. They said they'd be able to do it in about two weeks time. As promised they booked a day, turned up and hedge is shrunk! Everything has been cleared away, even the stuff that was my doing from a previous attempt. Can't fault them or the job done, arrived at 8:00 gone by 14:00, would happily recommend.

I've had a frustrating and dreadful experience with this company. On two occasions I've called to book an appointment for a quote on quite extensive work on a number of trees that needed felling and bush cutting. When I did get an answer I was told that they would come in the afternoon to give a quote. No specific time was given so I waited. When 4pm came and still no sign of the company's representative to give a quote I called again to ask where they were. I was told quite abruptly that they were on the M25 and weren't going to make it to me today. I wondered why they didn't have the consideration to call me to let me know as I had wasted my whole day waiting so I asked if they would come the next day and was told that he would let me know. It is now a week later and still no call to arrange a time. In the meantime I rang another company who came the next day, I received a quote and got the jobs completed on the Monday. It was a lucrative job and Arbtec Tree Services lost out due to their lack of consideration and professionalism to a potential client.
