I hired this company to remove a dead tree and grind the stump of another one. They did a really good job. They removed all the dead wood etc and left my garden tidy. I got quotes from a couple of other companies and Arborist Tree Care were also the most reasonable. The one complaint I have is that communications with the company were really bad. It took up to a week to reply to emails I sent them and phone calls I made to them. This happened repeatedly. A promised email to confirm when the work would happen never arrived. The person who came to my house initially to assess the work that needed to be done turned up several hours late without warning. I even had to chase them repeatedly for an invoice so that I could pay them.

Arbourist Treecare carried out pruning and shaping of a large tree n my garden. On quoting they listened to what the issues were and provided good advice about how to best prune the tree. In carrying out the work the were personable and professional and did exactly what they said they would. They left the site and the driveway clean (despite it getting dark at this point)! The price was fair and they were great to deal with, accommodating my slightly complicated request about what days the work could be done without any issues.

Knowledgeable polite and friendly arborists who care about trees. Possibly not the cheapest but worth paying for their very professional and skilful work. The team gave advice on the health of 2 mature ash trees and reduced the canopies of the ash trees and a laburnum by 30% to reduce wind stress and keep them as healthy and safe as possible for the next years. The trees are now an attractive shape and to my surprise don't look stark despite the lack of leaves. The team cleared up quickly and efficiently and left me a pile of logs as requested. Would use them again, thanks Andy and team.

Arborist Tree Care reduced height and canopy of two trees in our garden. A very tall spruce was reduced in height and great care was taken to retain the tapering shape. Another tree had crown thinning. The arborist team were professional, considerate and tidied up thoroughly when they had finished the work. They were very good and we would use them again.
