Absolute rip off and all staff think the food comes out of their wages with the portion sizes. They also wipe prepaid cards at the end of each year even if they still have £100 left on it.

I worked at Argos kitchens Heywood hired by a lady called Nina. I was told my salary would be 19000 a year. After three day she very rudely "terminated my contract" saying ibwasnt a chef (I have level three catering and hospitality and plenty of experience and good references) I put a complaint in about her and still yet to receive a reply this was 17 August 2018. She also paid me less than she should of done for a week's work and p6t down that I was a kitchen assistant when I was hired as a chef and have emails to prove this! When I spoke to her about this she wasn't interested and was really rude with me. It's disgusting. For the company to just ignore my complaint is unproffesional considering and this lady is the most incompetent lady I've ever had the displeasure of working for. Calling other staff members names and having an opinion on their lifestyles. Definitely not management behaviour!
