Truly awful experience - took out Landlords Emergency Cover with through these guys. Boiler broke down on 22 December. It's now over a week later and they have still done absolutely nothing. Unable to get through to on the phone - first call to make the initial claim took me three hours waiting. Tenants had their Christmas holidays ruined are now taking legal action against me so I am forced to try and resolve myself and seek damages via financial ombudsman

Avoid at all costs!! Unless you have time to go through the financial ombudsman to make a complaint about them. Happy to take your money but won't help or pay out when needed! Disgusting!!!!

Got legal expenses cover with these guys - it’s cheap - which is just as well as they try to wriggle out of every claim by default and take an absolute age to respond. When they respond they either ignore or part answer, and responses consist of reasons they can’t cover something or limitation on cover. I’d just save your money - it’s more hassle than it’s worth!

Sent Arag all paperwork to evict a tenant like they had asked only to tell me two weeks later that Business Legal Guard and the Landlords Legal Guard extension is not insured. Couldn't have found that out on day one?? Complete waste of time and effort.
