From our first meeting I knew we had found the right design partner to help us through the process of renovating the ground floor of our timber framed home. He took our brief and helped us transform our rabbit warren layout into a sophisticated grown-up space that will probably outlast us! Adam effectively managed our project from design, through planning application, tendering for builders and also project managed the renovations. Adam has a personable easy-going style and deals with all one’s queries with professionalism and tact. We also threw him a curve ball by adding a last minute outside kitchen to the project, which he handled beautifully. Highly recommend.

We met Adam at Araco Design Studio through a friend who highly recommended him. From the outset, he demonstrated professionalism, huge amounts of knowledge and reliability and as such is highly skilled in his profession. We met him a number of times to discuss our plans (which changed a number of times) for a substantial new build house in 2018. During the build phase he was the project manager. He was very approachable and demonstrated his extensive knowledge in running a large new build project. He provided solid solutions to challenges that we faced during the process, and as a result the build was smooth running, enjoyable and was delivered on time and on budget. His company can guarantee clear lines of communication between their back office team and the main build contractor, excellent levels of attention to detail, and as a result, very happy clients at the end of the project. We have ended up with a beautiful family home that will bring us many many happy years of living, as well as a great new friend in Adam.

Great attention to detail resulting in the final house realising the original design, transforming a modest 3 bedroom house into a beautiful, spacious family home, on budget and on time in 2021.
