My brother bought a perfume for me from here. The person said the smell will be long lasting like 8 , 9 hours but i can not feel smell after 20 minutes . Totally disappointed. Don’t buy anything from this store. The might sell fake or expired perfume.

Very over priced fragrances for what they are. These are clearly imported from the middle East, and there's nothing unique about them. The shop was across the road from Selfridges in Oxford Street, where you'd be much better off going to buy authentic original brands.

They still produce some excellent perfume but the prices have sky rocketed... Used to buy from their stores in the middle East for 1+1 £100, now 1 is almost £150!

Dear Mr Ahmed Manager of Al Arabia , I know you for quite sometimes now and you are professional and very hospitable in the store, however one of your employee name Brian has an attitude problem this is the third time I visited store whilst you’re not there and he’s there he shows disrespect and when asking him about certain oud he shows unwillingness to answer or be helpful.. please do something about it we had enough... you have to train him to be welcoming to your store unless in a case his mum is the owner of Alarabia oud and you can’t do anything about it... thanks Mr Ahmed
