I took my son for an eye test as he needed another pair of glasses. This was the first time he visited this shop and was therefore nervous. I'm glad to say he had a great experience. Staff we're knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything they needed to. We got a good deal on new frames too! I will be back :)

Very happy. :) I started to notice something was off with my old glasses (they were over 3 years old now, so probably a shift in my sight), I popped here to see what was going on and to give contacts a try. Very thorough and indeed my sight must've changed (explains the recurrent headaches I had been having too). Now I not only have flashy new, vintage style glasses, but also lenses to try. The teach was very good, no pressure, no rush, as it is strange first time doing it haha. But came away feeling confident I can do this and got good advice re wearing make up, cleaning my face etc in combo with contacts. For a first timer, very useful! Definitely returning in future. :)

Have been using these guys for years. Every time I attend I am greeted by the most welcoming people. During the lock down I ran out of contact lenses, although the Opticians was shut they still hand delivered the contact lenses to me! Amazing! Would always recommend these guys.

The practice gives excellent service, with staff who are very polite and friendly. Yesterday I had an eye test due to recent occurrence of flashes. The optometrist was very through in assessing my situation and immediately referred me to Whipps cross eye treatment centre where by they confirmed her prognosis. I am very relieved that the situation is under control and it would not have been identified, if it hadn’t been for her. I always go this practice as they also stock a wide range of glasses to choose from. All in all, great opticians to go.
