Went there with description of what I need, no pictures and just ish measurements, tried explaining and was so failing 😂 luckily the gentleman who served me was very kind and listened and tried so hard to help. We got there on the end by drawing pictures 😅 we got where we needed, made purchase, installed it later and it was just the right thing! I am so sorry I don't know his name but he was amazing!

Went in to enquire about radiators with a view to buying a ‘Designer’ type for our kitchen. We were served by Rod who spent at least an hour with us explaining the different types and how efficient they were. His knowledge of the products and the whole subject of heating was absolutely brilliant. He even managed to get my wife understand the technicalities and she’s the most un-technical person I know! He was friendly and very patient with us amateurs and we were very grateful for it. As a result of this great service we decided to go back to Aquatec to get the radiator we needed. So if you’re unsure of what your plumbing and heating needs are, go to Aquatec. You won’t be disappointed.

After trying several plumbing shops we were told to come to Aquatec. We needed replacement tap gland for our bath. it wasn’t until I started looking that I realised how many different ones there are . All the other plumbing places said we would need to replace the tap. But at Aquatec the gentleman took the time searching for the right one , he found one near as could be and we decided to take it . He was so helpful and efficient. And guess what it works so I do not need to go down the expensive tap replacement. Well done Aquatec.
