Absolute first class service. Having dealt with two previous companies that are in the same line of business regarding hot tubs and cabins, and having bought both tubs and cabins from both, only to find out that when something goes wrong are when there is a slight problem with something, thats when you truly find out what that company is about.... they both were a nightmare.. happy to take your money but wanted nothing to do with aftercare.... I honestly was reluctant to deal with another company but I bit the bullet and contacted Aquasun to enquire about an out door sauna and to be honest from the first phone call until the end of the final install, I honestly couldn't rate this company highly enough..so professional/polite and workman ship like no other and as said been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years I honesty Hand on heart rate them No1 in this fine Island of ours to deal with.. and. look forward to doing plenty more business with in the future

great customer service, great installation team. I got a one man infrared sauna and if you're in any doubt it wont be hot enough you'll be surprised. Normally i can hold out for about 50mins in a standard 90deg traditional sauna and did think the infrared may not be hot enough but this suited our needs better. After about 5 months i can still only stay in the infrared for no more than 35mins. The product itself is very well made, heats quickly and is comfortable to sit in, its also easily kept clean.
