Had a broken fitting on my Kranzle power washer and found Aquaspray on the internet. The person I dealt with was extremely helpful and after sending and being sent various photos and descriptions, the part was identified, ordered and arrived with me within a couple of days. The part is now fitted and the machine is back working perfectly. Would definitely use this firm again.

Ordered a part for a karcher jet wash weeks ago , I have paid for the part , they never said they didn’t have it and would have to order it in , all they said was we will let you know when it’s dispatched. I have messaged them for an update 2 weeks after I put my order in the replied - they are still waiting ,now we are a further 2 weeks on no update . Karcher must be a very small company that only make to order!!!! If I treated my customers in this way I would not expect them to stay with me .
