Literally the WORST company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is completely incompetent, the company doesn't stock anything for months on end, the first water filter I bought took 3 MONTHS to arrive, and the customer service team recommended I buy accessories that DO NOT FIT and wasted my time and money. I wish I could just go back to never having dealt with this truly awful company. The customer service team do not know anything about their products and consistently pointed me in the wrong directions or told me to buy an expensive adaptor that did not work. If they respond to this review saying I was rude, let me tell you, it took a lot of my patience and their stupidity, ignorance, and lack of empathy for me to reach 'rude'. Buy from another company. Your time and money is more precious than what will be wasted by this. I wish I had just bought some grit and a funnel and built my own filter, because Aquasana Europe, you truly, truly suck.

Horrible service; we ordered two filter one of them was broken when we received it and since then we have been trying to change it.. iam an architect working more than thirty years never seen such a service and we ended up ordering new one... at least for four months we have been trying to resolve this problem as a wava design still no improvement! What can i say? But we will go further to resolve this ... i dont recommend anyone to go with this....

Terrible customer service. I had a large fitted unit from them. Everything was fine for 6 months then a leak developed causing issues. I detected the problem was a dodgy washer. Whilst in warranty I asked for a replacement washer to be sent. They said that whilst the part was under warranty the postage wasn't. They then proceeded to say the minimum postage was £7 for a single washer. This all happened under warranty and they would not send it to me in what would have been a 50p mail. Listen to your customers! Would not buy from again, beware.
