Asked for hummus as starter and apparently the bread that came with it is extra charge. Who eats hummus all by itself 😦. What petty tactic is this to take few extra pounds from customers. Disappointed

I often go to Iranian restaurants. The manager set the table very politely at first. But anger was on her face, that lady was very upset. Or very serious I think this place needs a major renovation. The manager is very angry and rude in response to one of my questions. When I asked the manager about serving alcohol. The manager told me that you are pessimistic. And it made me very sad the whole time. How does that lady manager allow herself to judge without knowing me, I wanted to get up and leave. But it was too late to go to another restaurant. I don't know, but the manager's attitude was not good at all. Now there were other cases that I refuse to explain. The toilet sink was blocked. There was no toilet paper. I don’t know really I really do not recommend this restaurant until major changes are made. The starter was overcooked and the starter was not fresh, ((Eggplant and mint dip))… the bread was not fresh and hot. It is true that we ate that starter because we had traveled a long distance to go to a new restaurant. Without compliments, it must be said that their hookah experience is zero percent. Finally, I arranged the hookah for myself. And I fixed it, the service was really awful. I don’t know really how do you want to fix this issue but I’m sorry for the owner . In the end, I gave a tip and left the restaurant. But I will never go back there.🤷♂️🤦♂️

Politely asked the person on the phone not to wrap the kebab in bread, she said that's the way they do and added a few " I don't know" , ended up cancelling my order without me wanting it. Very very poor customer service. Not many businesses survive with poor customer service. Zero stars.

I eat a lot of Persian food and this is the WORST I've ever had - the starter (hummus) was utterly flavourless and the chicken was somehow watery. Rice and bread was alright and the service was fine, however I started to feel unwell afterwards and was quite ill later on - I doubt this was a coincidence.
