We had really looked forward to starting my baby with his swimming lessons this weekend. I had contacted Aquanauts by email with some questions and we were initially happy with their speedy response, saying that there were two spaces available for this weekends class. I quickly clicked book now, completed the questions and organised a direct debit. I replied to the correspondance I had had with Aquanauts to tell them that I had set up the direct debit with high hopes of securing a place. Days past and I hadn't heard anything and no money had been taken from my bank so I emailed again...and once again, no response. I emailed this morning on a new email but again no response. Then I saw on Facebook that they had recently posted spaces for this weekends class and had since sent confirmation to another parent who had also emailed them, however I still had nothing. I was feeling annoyed by this point. Since they were not responding to my three emails, I put a message out on their Facebook post but was told to enrol (which I had told them I had already done and set the direct debit up for days ago) or email them (that had previously proven to be unsuccessful). Eventually we got a reply to say class is now full but we can join tomorrows class. Apparently my email went into their junk folder so I'm not sure how they ever got my first email that they responded to. Joining the class tomorrow is now too late for us as we have plans that cannot be changed easily. I'm really disappointed in how difficult it is to contact Aquanauts and I will instead have to find somewhere else more responsive. Update: A very detailed response from you. I'm not going to get into an argument, but it seems from some of your other reviews that getting a reply is an ongoing issue. We will just agree to disagree about who is factually correct. I have now booked on with an alternative swim school who have been very lovely and accomodating 🙂

Overall the confidence my children gained in and around the pool from their time learning here I can’t fault. How ever please be aware if you decide to leave at any point due to a change in circumstances. Sara is very rude and ignorant and doesn’t reply to messages or Emails. They have also cut our term short and taken unjustified fees from our payment in advance.

My wife and I have been taking our daughter with special needs to Aquanauts for for over two years .I can only describe the help Sara and her team has given us as totally inclusive ! Nothing is to much trouble for them to meet our daughter’s needs and it’s great to be back after COVID and would highly recommend to anyone.
