Staff are extremely helpful and are willing to walk with you and guide you with advice on whatever is concerning you. They even if able to can order specific fish in from past experience! High quality fish and plants with an even higher quality customer care. The only thing I will say which doesn’t warrant not giving a 5 star is the lighting in some of the aisles is under par, if possible would be good to have some better lighting for the shelves especially where the sand substrate is. Bring a torch haha! All in all a fantastic private company. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
