Our 10 year old just spent a fantastic week on the Aqualight Mermaid Intensive Course. The course was interesting and exciting from start to finish and we cannot thank the brilliant and knowledgeable instructors Ali, Sue and Nicola enough. The children were taught how to swim safely and efficiently with a mermaid monofin by way of fun games and lots of interaction from the instructors, one of which was in the water with the children the whole time. We cannot wait to attend more mermaid sessions with Aqualight in the future.

Aqualight is the best provider or baby and junior swimming lessons in Northamptonshire. Both of my children learned to swim with Emie from babies and now continue to train with the Aqualight junior squad. Aqualight's philosophy is centred around teaching children and parents the skills to be safe in and around water and gain a lifetime love and enjoyment of swimming as a sport.
