We contacted Aqua Leaf to install a new pool for us. We visited them and they quickly came out to site and explained the options. As we were having the house built at the same time we opted to use our builders to dig the hole under the close supervision of the Aqua Leaf team. Once ready Aqua Leaf took over with all the pipe work and necessary cabling for the lights and cover. They worked diligently and kept us updated all the way through. Once ready they handed it over to us and nothing was too much of a problem to them. We were really impressed with them throughout and are now talking to them about covering the pool over so we can use it year round!! Brilliant job guys! I had them come and look at pool heater after it packed up in the winter during a frosty night. They were prompt to come round and disconnect the heater. They said they would come back end of Feb to check heater and install new one if needed as well as a couple of other bits. But, as others have found they then stopped answering the phone, didn't turn up and have been completely unresponsive since, it's now June. We've missed a lot of swimming time waiting for these unprofessional jokers to turn up or even just to answer the phone. After chasing for weeks and weeks I got a text apologising for slow reply and not doing the work when they said they would, I replied immediately and got nothing back at all.
