I would and already have highly recommended this company for buying a hot tub, we are new to hot tubs and didn’t really have a clue, after looking around a few places we decided that this was the most friendly, informative, helpful and not pushy place. Once we decided we were going to purchase from here, the team were really helpful, always responsive. Yes we had to wait but we have been in the middle of a pandemic with delays in ports on all products imported. Our hot tub arrived and the two men who brought it couldn’t be more helpful, polite and informative. The man who showed me how it function and operate it was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he also reassured me that I could call any time if I was unsure of anything. Absolutely top company. Thank you aqua fun :-)

Aquafun offer a great service. Always polite and helpful, whether that be at the shop or at your home. Adam has done fantastic job of servicing our hot tub. Tremendous attention to detail, removing and cleaning all the jets individually and making the tub cover look like new. He has also fitted a gas assisted lifter after the standard one failed due to the weight of the cover To sum up! Great customer service, friendly and reliable. I have no problem giving them a 5 star rating.
