I cant stress enough how awful this company is to deal with. ordered a shower tray, told a minimum spend of £250, then told a minimum spend of £500. Spent £960 and explained to Chloe I needed the shower tray ASAP. as my customer really likes this tray and has spent a lot of money with us. sadly I was then off for a week due to a death in my family. Came back in this morning and expecting to have a shower tray. Only to be told the shower tray has never been despatched. ( because the other goods I added on to bring this spend up are out of stock with them) I even offered to pay for delivery. But they said they would not do this, So now I have to let my customer down who's plumber is standing on site today with No shower tray. and instead of tying to solve this problem, they just want to give me a refund and for me to let my customer down even though there is no where else we can get this tray from. Sadly this company want to take no responsibility for their bad customer service. I would highly recommend any one to stay clear of this company. Laura Shivers

Hinge broken after a year, check on their website and surprise surprise the hinge parts are out of stock. Guess a lot of people needed them too.

Poor customer service . We was promised our vanity unit would be with us several weeks in a row and had to let our tiler down 3 times in the process . Leaving us out of pocket . Still haven't received vanity unit as yet and still waiting on response. . Nothing but broken promises and very frustrating.. will update review in coming days once revcieved a reply. Very disappointed .
