Eventually got the shower we thought we had ordered, however regret having it done, the shower tray does not drain well, the plug stands proud of the tray so some water always remains, the shower tray is difficult to clean, far too many unnecessary grooves. It took a long time to get issues resolved, promised call backs often did not happen, all told the whole ordering/installation process has been a disappointment. The actual shower is excellent, far better than the electric shower we used to have.

They trade under different names, but did not respond to any correspondence, did not attend a requested meeting with our bathroom-installers, it took three visits to install the bath, this discoloured quickly, was eventually replaced but the replacement is now just as bad. Once they have your full advance payment, their interest in you falls off a cliff. This purchase proved to be the worst of our lives and the most overpriced at £8,000.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They take advantage of the old and disabled. Absolutely rubbish firm and even worse customer service fitted a shower,sink, and toilet for my Dad and Gran, who are disabled and took them for every penny. so many errors and poor workmanship I can't list them all but heres a few, shower 25mm out of plum one way and 10 the other, sink 30 mm off center and pipes behind sink not centeredbehind pedesta (probably cause sink was off center) walls not straightened pior to shower installation, toilet not silconed in, and poor finishes everywhere. I had to go 300 miles north to my dad's to make good. they even returned to the property twice to fix exposed pipes and didn't even do that properly so I fix 90% off there errors and nowthey refuse to give any refund because we didn't give them the chance to fix it themselves, It was a one day installation according to them and they came back twice to fix one small problem why would we have you back to fix big issues when you couldn't get the small ones right. AQUABILITY LIED IN THERE REPLY TO THIS THEY DIDNT COVER COSTS TO FIX IT THEY OFFERED 300 ON A 10K BATHROOM ended up putting 800 in my grans account before we agreed to accepting it they tried to bribe me to take this review down.

My parents had a walk in Bath, £9000 plus including the extended guarantee. Week 10 with the bath not working...a fitter was sent to put a new part on without even finding the fault. New parts have been delivered but no fitter available. Customer service is shocking, no urgency, no callbacks when requested, no date for repair. 10 weeks and now my mum is dying. When I stressed the urgency it was suggested she have a shower at my house. Would not have this company to fit a light bulb never mind anything else.
