  Excellent Job Fitting 5 Radiators- 6/10/22 6/10/22 - Sam and Harry did a brilliant job fitting new radiators in my home. They turned up early, kept working hard till the job was done. Both were polite, kept me informed and tidied up after themselves. All radiators were checked before they left, they look so much nicer. I am really pleased with them 😊 I highly recommend Aquashield, I have used them for years for various jobs including fitting a new boiler and putting right faults that another company had caused. Prices are very reasonable too. Thank you 😊

  After our 20+ year old boiler was on its last legs we got in touch with Aqua Shield for a replacement and from start to finish the service we recieved was outstanding. They blew the other quotes we had away, and the flexibility of the payment plans are top draw. The lads that carried out the work where fast,tidy and very polite. Lisa in the office was very helpful and we was always kept up to date with times. Our house has never been so cozy and would reccomend this company to anyone. Thank you.

  I had called Aqua shield in 2018 2019 because the pilot light of the boiler went off I was charged £ 89 to have the light put on. The last visit 2019 I was told my boiler was old and needed replacing... By 2020 autumn the boiler was working but not heating well. I asked for someone to do a survey for a new boiler. Andy was booked to come but unfortunately I had to visit my gp for my diabetic bloods and forgot to tell him and he came i wasn't at home... sometime later another man was sent to do a survey... i told him that one radiator was not fully heating due to air and probably needed a replacement... he obviously didn't do a proper survey... the team of an apprentice and another man who also seemed like an apprentice arrived on 17th december to fit a new boiler ideal standard... my old boiler was working but not hot enough and was probably in need of replacement all radiators except one were heating and the pump was fine...... Omg.... after the engineer quin finished the job the boiler seemed to be working but the radiators were not getting hot... and his poor assistant a young lad really nice was being blasted left right and centre.... also quin who didn't seem to have much idea what he was doing kept phoning his boss every time to get instructions on what to do... I was to pay £ 1730 plus and the engineer plumber didn't seem to know what he was doing.... after quin finished the worked and the radiators were not heating he started pressuring me to pay the balance money... i am a single female all alone and i felt threatened... the woman from accounts spoke to me and asked for the money saying the boiler was fixed..... because they didn't do a proper survey initially i was told that the radiators were not heating because they were old and the valves wouldn't open... this should have been told to me before if they had done a proper survey.... i refused to pay because this quin didn't know what he was doing.... getting worried about payment they sent Andy the next day... he he tells me that the Pump ( which had been replaced new in 2018 was not working ) l don't really know what happened.... andy did a little adjustment to the pump setting and some heat came to the radiators..... then i was intimidated to pay the full balance .... i know the work wasn't done properly on on 26th December all the radiators went totally cold ..... I have no heating and am heating the home with electric heaters,,, but the water tank is there and i get hot water using the electric switch... all i can say is what a bloody nightmare.... no heating at all £ 1730 plus for a new boiler... no proper survey... and my pump which was new in 2018 is not working and they never checked the radiators during the survey... I will see after the holiday if i get any help from this aqua shield but i am totally disappointed with their work..... and that guy quin should not be working on the job alone when he has to keep calling the senior andy every 20 minutes for instructions... i used this company because i thought they were professional but they just want to be paid without even sorting out the problem.... this is very inhumane behaviour especially for a mature single woman with health issues... i am in mental torment after using this company.... i feel like throwing up. i was abandoned by the company and later quoted £310 to get a new pump fixed which quin had broken. But a plumber quoted me £160. Daylight robbery prices. They gave me a quote of 2 times the market rate to change the radiators. So I found their prices extortionate. I would not recommend anyone to go to these money grabbing cowboys who don't do a proper survey and also don't fix mistakes.... I was even told by another plumber that some of the installation work of the boiler was incorrect... There are other sole trader plumbers to use rather than this company which is not interested in providing a proper full service just grabbing payment by pressure
