Very disgusted with the treatment of the rodents. One mouse literally had a wound on it with blood and no one seemed to care. Poor poor baby just because it's not a puppy or kitten it doesn't mean it should be neglected! I hope that mouse receives the correct care soon instead of being used just to make money.

Incorrect price tags.I intended to buy some more objects or decorations for my pet tortoise and the price tag stated it was 2 pounds but then I was charged about a tenner.I guess it's partially my fault for not making an immediate stand(I dislike being a Karen)but later when I returned they refused to give me a refund.Would not recommend visiting this absurd shop especially with stronger pet places like Pets4Home.

My partner went into the shop Thursday to get some treatment for the snails she had in her tank. Friday my partner comes home and finds half of her fish has died because of the treatment the manager suggested. My partner went into the shop today and discussed what the manager is going to do about it and he said nothing can be done, I think this is completely unacceptable!

Visited today and was hugely disappointed regarding the treatment of the rabbits, being fed incorrect food and in a tiny glass area. If you cannot provide correct care, do not sell rabbits. Really hope they can change this, as the rabbit does not stand much chance with this kind of care!! Disappointing.
