After getting messed around by Yorkshire Boilers, I spoke to a lady called Maria at Aqua for a service on my boiler.It was booked in for Monday 21st engineer turned up got straight on with the service could not be happier and at a very reasonable price,would recommend this company. G Brown. Marc and his new apprentice came to service my boiler bang on time same brilliant service as last year cannot fault this company ,not forgetting Maria on reception,thank you. Work involved replacing 3 radiators and fixing some tap problems. Maybe not too complex, but Marc was very easy to work with, he took time to understand my requirements when he visited to quote, it was easy to arrange appointments, and pricing seemed fair. Final bill, after two-stage schedule of work, was exactly as expected. Also, good to see a local smaller business training a young apprentice, who worked alongside Marc on both visits and seemed motivated, capable and confident. No complaints.

Everything was explained fully and he organised everything so easily. The installation is neat and tidy and done with a lot of care. We’ve used Marc and Aqau for two jobs on our home now. The en-suite in the master bedroom in 2020 and the conversion of a box room into a bathroom in 2021. What first struck me about Marc (aside from the fact he’s always smiling) is his attention to detail! He obviously has a passion for what he does, and it really comes across in the design and implementation of his work. He always ensures that pipework is either hidden or presented in a minimal, tasteful way. He pays great attention to ensuring symmetry of fittings and he’ll offer the right balance of helping you achieve what you want whilst ensuring that what you want is practical and long lasting. Never feel that you can’t ask Mark silly questions, he’s always happy to offer advise from his wealth of experience and is a genuinely personable and friendly guy. Marc has helped us with a number of projects over the last 12 years including two bathroom refits and the installation of a replacement boiler and heating system. He has also responded quickly whenever we have had plumbing issues that needed attention. His work is always of a high standard. He is reliable, friendly and has a positive 'can do' approach - nothing is a problem! We are delighted with the en suite bathroom he has just replaced for us. He has transformed a small room that I had come to detest into a haven I love using.
