Excellent service from the hire team! When extra cooling capacity was required, an extra chiller was delivered on the Monday when requested on a Sunday. Additionally after a leak through no fault of their own reported at 6:30pm on an evening, their service engineer had visited the next working day and had the leak repaired by 9:10am the day after! Reliable company all round!

I look after the HVAC contract for one of the major hospitals in London and have had to turn to Aqua Cooling a few times when our backs have been against the wall. One incident that springs to mind is when one of the minus 20 walk in freezers wend down and i phoned my contact Jack Crawford who had a temporary freezer delivered to site at 6am the following morning. Jack and his team understand the importance of the environment their customers work in and the service they give has always been fantastic.

After a series of failures on our own chillers and unacceptable levels of downtime we looked to Capex new units. Initially we approached Aqua cooling for an offer of short-term hire to bridge the gap needed for the purchase and delivery of new units. Jack presented to us the full benefits of long-term hire and with it a cost that made more sense than purchase. Service has been 5 stars since day one, sales and support have been outstanding, no hidden costs, everything upfront and zero downtime. What more could you ask for!
