    I contacted Andrew regarding a fault on my television we arranged a time and date for me to bring the TV to him to have a look at the fault. He was friendly and very polite. He pretty much knew straight away that it was a manufacturer fault on the tv.and he done me a report to send back to my retailer to then in the end had to give me a partial refund. And all this is because of Andrew. I would deffo recommend Andrew Very polite and friendly and he knows his stuff. No messing about.
