We have used this company for the last two consecutive years to clean (algaecide) the surface of our indoor tennis centre. We were very pleased with the detail and level of service in year one but this year was the polar opposite! The company themselves requested a three day window (quote reflected this) to complete the job but had claimed to have finished in one!! On challenging the on-site team it became clear that they had cut several corners and with some reluctance they agreed to return the next day. We found out that they are incentivised to finish jobs quickly by management!!!! We have since had several problems with slippery courts as a result and contacted them to give them the opportunity to put it right. They quoted another £1500 to return to complete a job that should have been completed properly in the first place; shocking customer service. If you use them you need to check the quality of their work.
