Would never leave a poor review but I’m absolutely shocked! I have ordered from here 4 times and each time there was something wrong with the order. Which I had always let go. The fourth time I ordered I asked for a prawn dish and got given a pork dish. So I called up the lady on the phone said the delivery guy is on his break after his break they will send my prawn dish. Half hour later I received it. I have just called to make an order and been told there is a note on the system that I have banned from ordering! This is because I didn’t give back the cold pork dish. I would hate to think that my food had been in the hands of someone else got cold before given to me! The delivery man did not ask for the pork dish back either. No responsibility taken what so ever after being so patient after always getting wrong or missing items from my order. I asked to speak with a manager but none available very disappointed with this poor unfair customer treatment!

Really good food and the service is very good, they all are very happy and helpful, The parking can get busy there but a bit further down you have Dunelms car park. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access plus the staff would probably help with the door.
