Recommended here for breakfast, on arrival we were ignored by a member of staff (lady with white glasses) whilst she finished her conversation with a colleague...I don't mind this as long as you're at least noted with a I'll be with shortly (especially at a 5* rated hotel). Breakfast wasn't amazing, poached egg cooked solid and had to ask to be replaced. Partner had burnt bacon, no-one asked if you wanted any sauces or replacement drinks so had to find a member of staff (who was the least friendly person I've ever had serve me at a restaurant). The table behind us also were left wandering tables looking for pepper with no staff coming to support them. The only thing that brought this up to 3* was our waitress who took our order was friendly and apologised for things not being right.
