    Andy and the team repointed our home along with a rebuild and lintel insert over the front door. The raking of the old plaster was done to the correct depth, (sadly lacking with alot of builders these days), and diligently cleaning up as they went along. The new mortar was applied extremely well and has transformed the entire appearance of the home. The work was carried out in a timely fashion. Post pointing - the clean up was done very well, and the team made sure at the end of every day, and neighbours cars that were covered in dust during the grinding out were washed before leaving site. As a customer you couldn't ask for more from a builder. A tradesman who not only takes pride in his work, and also cares about the impact of his work beyond the immediate area of concern is the kind of builder we should all have. We Highly recommend this team for building work, delivering a standard of workmanship that we all deserve. Again, many thanks for a job well done. Special shout out to Michael.

    March 2023. We are so glad that we chose Andy & his great team at APS to re-point our 2 house walls & build steps, dig out, level & flag the lower level of our garden. We were very impressed & will definitely use them for future jobs. APS are highly recommended & stand out due to: Excellent communication - Andy provided clear quotes, dates & plans. He also kept us updated throughout from start to finish. Reliability and flexibility - APS workmen attended & carried out the work at the times agreed. They even completed another task requested whilst on site. Professionalism - Andy & his multi- skilled team are very pleasant, friendly, respectful & very hard working. It was clear of their intention to provide a good, smart finish & they tidied up after the messy jobs. When it was too wet or cold to do the pointing work, the team carried on with the tough manual garden work in snow & hail to get the job done in the timeframe stated.     Andy and his team completed the pointing on a large gable end of our house and it is fantastic. From the minute they arrived at our property to the minute they finished, they were absolutely spot on with every thing. Everyone ,including the scaffolding men were polite courteous and respectful of us and our property at all times. Their work ethic is second to none, and they got the job done in record time. They were methodical and meticulous in carrying out the job and clearing up when they had finished.     Andy has recently completed a single storey extension along with structural opening of kitchen/living room. From day one he has been an absolute pleasure to work with. The build had complications such as piling and required extensive build up. Andy was not phased by any of the difficulties and simply cracked on. He’s very experienced and clearly takes pride in his work. He is at the end of the phone for anything you need. Andy has a great eye for detail and provides great recommendations/solutions. He has a great team of professionals who he coordinates brilliantly.The team are great and very respectful of your home. They turn up on time and tidy up as they go. The end product is brilliant. We’ve received so many compliments from others who’ve watched the progress. We are working on plans for a second storey in the future.Andy and his team will be overseeing this next phase.
