    You can't fault their talent for baking but improvements need to be made in communication, processing and delivery. Communication was slow and they have no processes set up to confirm when you have paid the invoice and it is booked in their diary - they asked me if I still wanted the cake 2 weeks after paying the invoice. Delivery is also a bit of a mess as our cake was sent out uncovered in a dusty van filled with car parts, oh and it arrives anytime between 9am-3pm with no set up at the venue - not the stress you need on your wedding day! They don't have an on-call number for damage or when things go wrong (e.g. the damage and dust on my cake) and won't reply when you raise this via email either. I wouldn't recommend them.

We tested 6 cupcakes before confirming the cake which my husband and I enjoyed os much that we ate them in 1 sitting! everyone loved the cake and many load me they couldn't believe it was gluten free. It was so beautiful and exactly what we wanted. A good price compared to other places also!
