    When you have put your heart and soul into a building project, a dream that has taken over a decade to come to fruition, and then that dream is shattered by a construction company who focused on their greed rather than the development of your structure, you become heartbroken and disillusioned. To add pain and insult to misery, our half finished building site needed a further half a million pounds to be completed. Who in their right mind would take over such a disaster as ours was, to offer to complete someone else’s mistakes and poor workmanship? Well we are highly honoured to know Spencer Turner, owner of ASI Ltd, who gladly took on a mammoth job of free@last’s Big Build. Spencer chooses projects which he knows he can deliver outstanding quality and results, and without Spencer and his amazing team, we would still be up a very big creek without a paddle and a boat! The whole process was thankfully taken out of our hands by Spencer and something that was taking another company 12 months to complete, took Spencer 18 weeks. There were no problems too big (and we had many to overcome!) and his attitude throughout was exceptionally positive. He metaphorically held our hands all the way through, so at no point did we need to worry that he couldn’t complete this project and build on time, giving us a centre to be proud of. There is no-one else in this industry who I would recommend, other than Spencer and his team of professionals. ASI Ltd is, in my opinion, the leader in the field of construction and interior fit-outs. They have already worked on 3 projects for us and we will never, ever go anywhere else for our building work. I absolutely, categorically recommend them for any commercial building and renovation work, and will actively promote their quality, professionalism, care and concern for perfection, for many years to come.     We first met Spencer in 2017, about 3 years ago and asked him for a quote to completely refurbish our busy NHS dental practice to a modern state of the art practice. His quote was the most expensive, but he promised the whole experience to be hassle free, delivered on time and on budget. Needless to say, I did not believe him and therefore shopped around and obtained several quotes from other recommended builders and contractors. Although they were cheaper, none of them could deliver within the timeframe. This was critical to us because we are a busy NHS dental practice and minimal downtime was critical to us But Spencer was confident about his tall claims and we followed our gut instinct and gave him the contract. To our immense relief, Spencer delivered ahead of time , on budget, and most importantly took all the hassle with neighbours, surveyors, and other tradespeople upon himself to iron out all the issues. It is worth mentioning that he managed to demolish and build a new dental practice in a record 6 weeks which no one has heard off. That too during the Covid lockdown, when things were tough going with suppliers’ prices skyrocketing, delivery drivers and courier companies playing truant, and staff shortages. How he did this still baffles us. Spencer did not charge us extra for all the unforeseen problems and when we now look back , we find that pound for pound , Spencer was the most cost effective, dare we say – cheaper, who did what he promised and exceeded expectations. Both staff and patients are wowed by the final finished product. The single most important thing about Spencer was that he always picked up the phone and having the reassurance that we had someone like him on board, was priceless.
