I would advise not touching these guys with a barge pole. Rubbish at communicating, no organisation and only bothered about getting their funds for doing absolutely nothing. At the very beginning of my apprenticeship I did my assessments and they were well aware I needed to do my English and maths level 2… fast forward 3 years, I can’t complete my level 2 overall because the exam board won’t let me due to be not doing my English and maths. I’m now unofficially doing my level 3 which will be complete this year, but not for me because I still haven’t done my exams, so it will be next year by the time you pull your finger out. I’ve emailed and had no responses. I feel like I’ve wasted a year of my life trying and getting nowhere, I’m doing really well and all my hard work to get done on time is just pointless. Everyone in my group are going to finish on time and get there qualifications, but not me. It’s not my fault, it’s yours, so Thankyou very much for doing nothing

Awful service. I completed my first apprenticeship with this provider over 18 months ago and have just now received my qualification certificates. After being ignored by for months following the end of my course i gave up trying to contact them. Would definitely not recommend this provider to anyone!
