They were totally upfront the whole time about the ability to sort my machine, and I was made aware of all applicable charges before going ahead with my appt. No hesitation in recommending .

After a number of visits to my washing machine damage was caused to my floor. I queried this and was basically called a liar. I have no choice but to use this company as my items are under warranty from Howdens but I would be very wary if using them. No response now after being told this petson and that person would come out
