Had a bad experience from Applehouse travels the other day around my ticket booking for London to Kochi. Booked ticket almost 2 months in advance and a week before travel they changed the routing which had conciderabily high travel time. Since my wife was pregnant, and is not medically adviced not to travel for long hours, we requested them to get a comfortable routing which fall on deaf ears and infact gave me a fat bill for a changed routing. One of the bad, inhuman services we have ever come across.
