    Appalling service. Multiple emails & messages chasing my order - all ignored. After almost a month they then say they had a 'stock issue' and couldn't supply so would have to do a refund. Certainly won't be using them again and would recommend avoiding a company which can't be bothered to reply to customers or even try to meet the orders they take. Very frustrated.

    Appleby Woodturning came up in my search for Titebond, having read the reviews I hoped I was reading between the lines that everything would be fine, I think people are more inclined to leave negative reviews when disgruntled whilst the happy ones probably can't be bothered. Happy to report that everything was fine,I saved a total of £39.74 on my three items compared to what it would have cost from Axminster & delivery was prompt.

    Fantastic service from Jeremy. I'd inadvertently ordered the wrong carbide blades for my thickness er. Jeremy has a great deal of knowledge and replace them and they were delivered the day after. I will continue to use Appleby as they have a larger range of blades for all machinery.

    Poor service, poor communication, we only ordered Lip and Spur bits as they were "IN STOCK" turned out they were not, They took the payment but never communicated that we would NOT be receiving them, had to call and chase, only part of the order came eventually, still haven't had the remainder but worse is still no communication to say where they are!! STILL WAITING..

    Bought a pair of planer knives from this company and they were blunt. They made no effort to reply to my emails or respond to my calls . In the end they offered to have them re-sharpened if i paid the postage to send them back! They said they wouldn't reimburse the postage cost ! Bloody cheek. Made 2 purchases from this company and both times had trouble. Avoid.
