Great doctors, went for a blood test. Got there 15 minutes early, used the screen to sign in that the lovely lady on the desk told me to do and got into the blood room 10 minutes early. Only took 2 minutes, very painless and nice staff. Only thing iād note is they do have another person getting their bloods done in the same room as you, with the door open so the people in the waiting room can see in, luckily iām fine with my bloods being taken as Iām used to it and donāt mind the sight but if youāre queasy and donāt want people seeing then this may be an issue. Overall though great doctors! Made me consider moving to there properly as iām in the area.

Absolutely ridiculous that you now have to register and book blood test appointments instead of just walking in like it used to be and available slots are also unacceptable, over a week before I can get a slot when I potentially have serious health issues.

The lack of effort shown by the receptionist staff was very poor. I arrived at front desk, no effort in greeting or even acknowledging my arrival. Approached a member of the receptionist and didnāt receive any eye contact then went over to another desk and they had no idea who my appointment was with or even tried to let my heath visitor know I arrived instead told me to sit at reception. I arrived at 11am for my 11.10am appointment, sat for 20 mins hoping theyāve let someone know Iām at reception. But no they didnāt! So I made a call to the text I received the day before my appointment only to find out that my health visitor had no idea I was waiting since 11am. Seriously, the receptionist is the face of the company. These guys are giving Appleby a very terrible name. Me and my husband have decided not come to my daughter 2nd year health appointment due to the lack of rudeness we had received. Disgusting.

Part 2 - Wow staff refused to take bloods for my sister who is in remission for cancer because they didnāt like the look of the bottles. We tried to speak to the manager and she ran away and didnāt call back Honestly the place is trash šļø Part 1 - Nice staff, bad phlebotomist. I have really good veins however my arm was in pain for the week after having a blood test and large bruise still present a week after. Iāve never experienced such and uncomfortable and painful blood test before.
