    Do not buy from this company. I purchased an iMac from them and only months later, the motherboard inside effectively blew up and the screen fell off the machine overnight and smashed onto my desk. At first, the woman from the company seemed helpful, was apologetic and confirmed to me over the phone that it would be covered under warranty to have a replacement sent to me. I then waited for TWO WEEKS to receive a postage label to return the damaged machine after a courier service was refused, and then had to pay out of my own pocket for the high level of packaging that was required to keep something so large, heavy and fragile safe from further damage in the post which was NOT cheap. After such a long and disruptive process to even get to the point of receiving a postage label to send my iMac back to them, I understandably had had enough and therefore asked for a full refund. She told me I would not be able to receive a refund and also refused any knowledge that she had told me over the phone that my warranty would cover a replacement machine. She then said she was helping me out of 'goodwill' to even have my iMac repaired. I wasn't happy that I would receive a repaired machine rather than a replacement, as I did not trust that the machine wouldn't break again due to the extent of the damage the first time (it literally had black singe marks from where the motherboard had sparked and the screen was hanging off), but I decided to take whatever I could get as I was desperate to get a working iMac back and couldn't stand waiting another few weeks to receive a response. It then took another two weeks until I received my 'repaired' iMac again, during which time I was given no updates on progress after my calls were dodged and email replies were unprofessional and rude. The postage back to me was also delayed as she didn't sort the DPD courier. All of this delay meant that I missed out on around one month's pay as I was a freelancer without a machine to work on. When I finally received my 'repaired' iMac, I asked several times for confirmation that I would be given warranty to cover if anything else happened to it, eventually to which I was rudely denied and bluntly told again that she had gone 'out of her way' to help me and that I would have to spend over £300 to purchase a one year warranty. She then even had the cheek to ask me to send back the box the iMac had came in. One year later and the screen fell off again, at which time I didn't even bother contacting the company over and sourced a separate Mac repair company to help with instead. I have had the same issue a few times now and the repair company I have used have commented on how the screen had not previously been repaired properly. I rarely write reviews or make complaints but this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, so I could not advise enough to avoid this company. It already feels like a real risk and gamble to buy a refurbished machine as you just don't know what the quality will be like, whether the company is legit and whether it will be worth your money, and unfortunately after deciding to put my trust in this company, my concerns were confirmed. Please save yourself the money, stress and hassle.

    Am so happy with this product! It's my 1st mac and it runs like a dream. I can do everything i need to on it and more. Perfect for my biz working from home. And when it "slipped" behind the sofa, it stopped working. I was hard to get in contact with these guys, but when i did they were amazing, i returned it and they fixed it and returned it asap, fully functional, at no extra cost. Would recommend!
