Apple IPhone 14 Pro Max bought in September 2022 and the most rubbish phone ever made and costing £1,400. It’s a total waste of money. I Visited the Belfast store 3 times and of no help and have spoken to around 15 of so called Geniuses all around the world and nobody in Apple can fix my phone after almost 9 months which freezes sometimes on a daily basis . Case iD’s opened up on numerous occasions and completely ignored because no one has any idea how to fix it . I’ve spent days of wasted time to no avail and even their recorded Case ID’s don’t work and says try again later . Recently on holiday in Japan I had to make phone calls costing £50 because of the device and no refund. Sadly I’ve had to borrow the most amazing OPPO £80 phone I bought my neighbour for Christmas which I’ve had to use instead as otherwise I’m left stranded without a phone . The phone froze 5 times on recent trips abroad. Could it be possible that no one can fix the latest Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max as I’ve not found anyone yet and all falls on false promises and they drop the case just because they don’t know how to fix it
