    I had won an ipad in charity raffle and asked if i could pay the difference and purchase an ipad with higher memory. The sales assistant spoke with store Manager who advised him that it was out with the return date by (1 week) regardless of the box and seal not being opened. The sales manager walked off who clearly didn't wish to discuss further ....... leaving me with the sales personnel. Wasn't rude to staff but was surprised by very poor management and will not use this store again.
