After going to get an apple monitor . An attendant added apple care to it without telling me I needed a physical card for the apple care to go through . She cancelled the transaction saying I don’t have my physical card after I was being charged and I paid with Apple Pay . I have always paid with apple for all my products which I have no issues .at that time I only had the specified monitor fee in my account which the cancelled money wasn’t later refunded back to me that same day . I was charged and she said she has cancelled the transaction and she tricked me I will get the money back that same day Which I never did . So far so good I was unable to purchase the monitor . After wasting transportation back and forth . She never did apologize and she had to say there’s nothing she can do and she went ahead calling the manager . There’s no sense of remorse
