    Useless. Every interaction has been better off going to Basingstoke, no stock for repairs kept in store due to “lack of store security” in the words of the staff. What’s the point of having Apple care+ when it’s met with an inadequate store.

    Just such an example of exceptional service, care and professionalism. Thank you, this is the second time I have been in...first to purchase a phone, AirPods and a few bits. And, today to get my iMac fixed!! Great support, even when the issue would not repeat to be tested! I would also like to add, that I [sadly] had to witness a frankly awful customer shouting and complaining at the staff, as she simple could not understand how an "appointment based service' works...I have rarely witness such abuse, complete ignorance and a total lack of self-awareness in anyone, especially someone at the age of this customer. The three gentlemen on the shop floor remained impeccably professional, calm and respectful - even when directly insulted! Even my 10 year old commented that that person should be ashamed, and I should have told her off...which, I wish I had!!! And, if you're the individual noted above, reading this in preparation of writing your own complaint....Please stop, think a little....if you have had a keyboard for two years, that has been broken (sticking) the entire time, why now is it so so urgent to fix? Also, think about the economics of a non-appointment "repair whilst you wait service", this would require all parts to be stocked, an endless supply of staff in waiting to fix, and of course a lengthly wait for any customer!.... So to all....These guys a great...Peace and love!
