    A great company to work with. Their prices are very reasonable and we found it was actually cheaper than doing it ourselves. Engineers and their office staff are friendly. Repairs are same day or next day to fix any issues. Usually a few small teething issues on initial installation. However, that is somewhat to be expected moving machines with complex mechanics. Once things have settled down, there are few issues, which get fixed quickly. If you are an IT department experiencing printer nightmares, this is the company you want to work with to solve the problem. Our end users also love the machines as they cause much less headaches for them as well.
