We had the opportunity to stay at the apple mount cottage as we had a wedding nearby, but in the end the wedding became secondary and thanks to the kindness of Debi and Dan we were able to enjoy a very pleasant stay. As soon as we arrived, Dan showed us the cottage where we were going to stay and as a welcome, local products, which we could enjoy later on. We thought it was a nice touch. The next morning he advised us on places we could visit or just stay and enjoy the facilities, swimming pool, teepee and tennis court. Despite us not having brought our own rackets, they had all the necessary equipment we needed to play a game of tennis. We were able to enjoy the calm of the retreat, the company of the peacocks, explore the local products of the area and feel at home at all times. We would like to thank the hosts for the way they treated us at all times. We will surely come back to try the cabins, which have hot tubs, bbq... Also, knowing that they have a massage service, we will certainly book to try it! 100% recommended for a relaxing stay, leaving the monotony and stress of the city. You won't want to leave!

Amazing place, our first experience of glamping and it was excellent. Clean, really well equipped pods with excellent facilities - hot tub, pool, tennis court, treatments etc but it was the environment that made it. Quiet, peaceful and only natural countryside sounds. Very friendly and helpful hosts who can't do enough for you. Great area for walking, exploring, eating - couldn't fault anything. Will definitely be back.

My wife and I stopped here for a couple of nights over the easter weekend, absolutely fantastic place. The tennis court and equipment supplied is in top condition. Debbie, Kit and Dan are really friendly and welcoming. The log heated hot tub was great, the pod was great, the bed was great! Can't wait to go back!

WOW!!! Just wow! I booked this wonderful place as a surprise getaway for my fiancé originally was only meant to be for 2 nights only but then ended up adding a extra night stay before even arriving there, which I’m glad we did because the place is really amazing and peaceful, the environment and pod was all very clean to a high standard, just everything about this place was all as described if not better, nothing was ever too much for Debbie, I even request special touches to the pod as it was my fiancés birthday also which just added to the special feeling so thank you to Debbie & Dan for a lovely stay we will most definitely be back that’s for sure 😊

Valentines weekend- Barn Owl What a lovely get away. Amazing communication with Debbie days leading up to our stay. On arrival we were greeted by Debbie & Dan and the family dog who was extremely happy to see us. The pod is stunning, clean and a perfect setting for a chilled weekend away with my husband, the rose 🌹 was a nice touch. Along with the essentials already left by Debbie, tea, coffee milk etc. The pod is always warm and cosy with the under floor heating. Debbie showed us around and gave us advice on walks, pubs and restaurants to visit. The greyhound Lavenham is a stunning place to eat, it’s an hours walk with beautiful surroundings on your stroll. The bed was comfortable and certainly makes a difference waking up to birds singing and the smell of the wood fired hot tubs being lit, and to watch the wildlife pass our door. Debbie was always at the end of the phone if we needed anything. The hot tub is a lovely way to end each day under the stars ⭐️ they really hold the temperature well , even in February. We’ve spent 3 nights here and we’ve enjoyed every second. We are all ready looking into dates to come back during the summer so we can experience the Bbq and the fire pit. Overall I’d recommend this venue, see you again next year. Thank you Craig & Shelley

The cutest little get away for my birthday! The hut was absolutely spotless including everything you would need for a few days away. The hot tub was a perfect touch which we enjoyed every evening. Debbie and Dan couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful, they truly made our stay enjoyable. Every morning we were greeted by the peacocks which was so lovely! The location is perfect and not to far from the local towns. We are already planning our next stay and can’t wait to return. A huge thank you to you both!
