    Spent the whole morning to fix a software issue. After hours, eventually got it fixed but it took only 2-3hrs to be back to square 1. Same problem. Went back to store. Reached at 17:05hrs and they refused to see it same day saying they close at 1800hrs. (55min left and they knew the issue and already told that if problem persist would need replacing phone. Still refused to see same day…) gave appointment now for next day and I hope not to spend another whole day to deal with it:((

    Excellent customer service. The store was heaving and I was really apprehensive that we’d be kept waiting a long while. Pleasantly surprised when I was approached within minutes and had my order in under 10. Friendly, courteous staff that put me at ease - after over 10 years of using Android devices, I wondered whether I was making the right choice. The device is great and service impeccable - pleased to say I have!
