Had very good service from apple flooring, very friendly and knowledgable, honest and gets a kick out of satisfied customers I genuinely believe my happiest with the end result was important Everyone I dealt with was friendly, honest people they went above and beyond expectation. Whilst the rep and fitters were here I felt comfortable and safe being on my own and would have been happy to leave the fitters to it if I needed to go out. I would definitely go back for future flooring needs and would strongly recommend

Absolutely 5 star service from start to finish I can’t recommend Apple flooring enough !!! Great Guidance from Mark when choosing my floor no pushy sales pitch just honest advise and help , he genuinely just wants you to be happy and goes above and beyond with Mark number 2 🤣 and his team of fitters ( lance and Dan in my case ) Nothing was too much trouble , Mark checked in with me to make sure I was happy as well as the fitters . I love my floor and will be using Mark at apple flooring in the future I just wish I had known about his company sooner Thanks again everyone at Apple flooring one extremely happy customer Don’t hesitate if looking for a new floor I didn’t even go to another shop ! 5 STARS!!! I have visited Apple Flooring several times for flooring across different rooms in my house. I have always received excellent help and guidance, and most importantly have been so pleased with the outcome. Mark is so knowledgeable and informative, which was very helpful as there was so much choice! We were in the showroom for over an hour but did not feel pressurised to make a decision and Mark was on hand to help with any questions we had. Not only that but the prices were extremely reasonable and all stock there on site for us to collect the same day. Excellent flooring and brilliant customer service - highly recommend!!

We used apple flooring recently and we are extremely happy with the style of floor we chose. The shop has a wide range of luxury flooring and all is explained well when you have a query with the styles of floor. Mark is extremely accommodating and nothing is a problem he even delivered the floor for us which was very helpful. We Will be defo going back for our kitchen flooring. 100% recommend their service they can’t do more for you. Also our order came in very quick so we were very happy about that too.
