    Managed to completely destroy my trusty iPad Pro this weekend which I've had since 2016 (RIP) - it's essential to my work, so I popped in to see what my options were and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I was helped straight away at the Genius bar who ran through my options and costs but as I'd expected the advice was to upgrade rather than go through a costly repair and long wait time (as I had such an old generation it would have needed parts ordering in and was very outdated spec-wise anyway). I was then helped by Boma who was so friendly and lovely to chat with; as a fellow digital artist her advice was amazing and very knowledgeable, and she got me sorted with an excellent new iPad for way less than I'd expected to spend that day! Thank you so much!

    DEFECTIVE cables - Apple should check why. I had bought these cables for my Mac Pro and extremely disappointed on returns policy. - the unit was checked and it was working. I just kept buying cables which are not cheap. Apple should check the manufacturing of the cables as it was very un-usual to have defects

    Usually I have a great experience with Apple and wasn't going to make a review but the way I was treated was disgusting. I only went in for an exchange and I found myself walking around, chasing the employees for help. I even gestured some for help when they were finished and they saw me but yet again I was ignored and they walked away from me while other employees watched and didn't do anything to come and help while their colleagues essentially insulted me. This wasn't done by just one or two employees, this was the majority of them!!! Only one employee was nice to me that day. Eventually.... I had my exchange in an almost empty store.
