I like the product but this place makes it so hard to buy. I get it they are busy but their over complicated systems hinder helping me the customer. The first time I approached someone, and tried to ask a question- no I’m on crown control only. Had to wait for the right member of staff, which took 30 minutes. Today wanted to buy a new iPhone, wanted me to come back in 2 hours.

I hate it here. They’re rude, cold with no empathy and just plain unhelpful. Kept us waiting for 20 mins after we arrived with plenty of staff floating around, then had a snide comment from one of their staff - who immediately apologised when they realised they shouldn’t have said it, followed by a very unhelpful appointment where I just wasn’t even given the chance to be believed - despite having a possibly dangerous faulty product. As others have said, you leave feeling patronised and mocked.

Fine until something goes wrong. A £2200 MacBook Pro had logic board failure at 2 years 9 months and they want £700 to replace it. An admittance in person that this is not my fault, yet UK consumer law is ignored. After follow up emails, it is interesting that Apple refuse to confirm in writing that consumer law is not relevant here. They insist in talking on the telephone only for any form of support. Next step Small Claims Court.
