  I had an issue with my iPhone camera, some dirt on the lens that was blurring photographs. The staff at the store were only interested in telling me what wonderful options I had to buy a new phone with very little interest fixing my current phone. I eventually managed to get them to agree to try and clean my lens and they told me to come back in an hour. An hour had passed I returned and they proceeded to make me wait another hour. Completely wasting my morning. They then hurriedly returned my phone implying that it had been fixed. On turning on nothing jad changed and my phone camera was still broken and blurry. All in all there model of service only wants to support you if it is coercing you to blunt a new phone for £1000 otherwise they aren’t interested in you at all, they a money grubbing, arrogant and priestly pretending to be a kind ear when all they eat is more of your money. Their styling and branding has also gone to the dogs since the passing of SJ and all they’ve held onto is his smug sense of superiority. Good riddance

  Horrible service. Avoid at all costs!! Arrived with a faulty battery and after changing to a new battery and telling me my computer was fine in all other aspects, I had to stop by only a month later to get my battery fixed again! Then they kept trying to push new products on me even though my computer works just fine. After leaving my laptop for repair yet again(3rd time) they told the very next day my computer wasn’t even turning on(even though the day before one of their colleagues told me it was turning on just fine when he replaced the battery). Got a call saying I needed to pay for a £500 pound service to replace the whole logic board because the computer was faulty, even though they had told me recently my computer was fine except only for the battery. Now I can’t even turn it on, I paid for a new battery and they gave me a broken computer back. Overall avoid apple products and this store at all costs. They are not here to fix your issues. They are only here to sell new stuff, and couldn’t care less about your concerns. After being a client since 2007, I Will not be buying any more apple products
