Poor customer service! Went in to get my ipad repaired. The first guy was really helpful, explained that due to the cracks on the screen it wouldn't be covered under warranty but the fingerprint scanner wasn't working so this would be covered. He organised a replacement, no charge, all I had to do was bring the broken one in and swap them over. Pretty simple. There was a mistake with the email address, which caused some delay, so I went in store again to sort this out. A different guy "helped me" he saw the cracks on the screen and tried to charge me £280 for the replacement. I explained about the fingerprint scanner and how I had been told there would be no cost. He seemed fed up at this and told me that when I came to do the exchange they would have charged me regardless of what I was told. I was quite annoyed at this as I had wasted so much time driving there and back more than once and being told different information every time. For the price he quoted I could've got a new ipad

Popped in to pick up a fast charger with my wee boy. Gent greets me at the door, directs me to wait in a queue at a lady to get the charger. I wait, whilst at least 12 members of staff wander around doing nothing, I then ask the same gent (English accent) can I just buy this charger please because the lady I was waiting on has walked away at this point and I was met with rude, bordering very gently aggressive response from the gent. I have always got the new I phones and I pad pros for my entire family. Not anymore, terrible terrible service
