I had the best day ever... the applause team where fabulous but I do have to rave about the audience manager Daniel he was so welcoming and exceptional, professional and informative. He remembered my name and accommodated me and my guest. He explained how everything works extremely well. He is an absolute credit to applausestore. I have honestly never laughed so much in my life. Thank you so much. We will be back ASAP

Absolutely disgusting service..had tickets for BGT THIS EVENING (tuesday) ticket stated yo arrive no later than 17.30 which we did (arrived 16:45) the que was which was to be exspected one qe approched the guy to collect tickest we was told come bk @ 18hrs arrive back at 18hrs was told to come back @ 18.45 with form of explanation or a apology So arrived back at 18.;45 to que again till around 19.20 once i made my way inside they jad give me ticket for the grand view....now having disability with my mobility i had to walk up a hhuge amount of stairs then onnce got to the the top the view was horrendous and very daunting i suffer with server anxiety that i was unable to remain in this part of the palladium i came over very dizzy and i felt i was unable snd dtarted shakeing my partner approached a member of staff who advise to the guy in the silver jacket which was an applause member of dtaff we explain the situation he was very unhelpful rude and did not want to listen and said we should of said something when we got out ticket now i have never been here before so i was unaware of the layout of the seating so how could say anything in the end i had to leave after all that queing in the with a disability and a member of staff not having a care in the world the level of service is disgusting i will never order ticket from these guys again
